Basic Series
(the 18)

These 18 exercices work through our full body, invigorates and boosts up productivity, may alleviate complaints caused by sedentary lifestyle, hormone imbalance and stress that cause: irregular cycles, cramping or heavy periods, fallopian tube blocage, PCOS, cysts, menopausal symptoms, incontinence.

Focus on the ovaries series- Ovulation series

In some cases, intensive stimulation of the ovaries is needed, as well as stretching and cleaning of the fallopian tubes, help to eliminate cyst, PCOs.

Exercises during pregnancy

These activities help pregnant women to prepare consciously for childbirth.An essential part of the pregnancy exercises is to learn relaxed breathing.
